How commission actually works
Commission is earned ONLY when the referred client’s deal successfully closes AND Artistic Minds Solutions receives the client’s payment.
No commission is earned for merely submitting a lead, sharing a contact, making an introduction, or having a conversation.
If the deal does not close or the client does not pay, no commission is earned.
Commission is calculated on eligible project revenue actually received, excluding refunds, taxes, chargebacks, and separately billed third-party expenses.
For installment payments, commission is calculated proportionally on each eligible payment received.
The referral must be registered and acknowledged by Artistic Minds Solutions before the deal closes.
Duplicate referrals and clients already in active discussions with the company are not eligible.
Payout method and payment schedule must be confirmed with our team.
Register a Referral on WhatsApp
Send us a WhatsApp message with your details and the potential client's information. We'll confirm your referral registration and explain the commission payout process.
Sending a WhatsApp message alone does not guarantee referral approval. Artistic Minds Solutions must acknowledge your referral before the deal closes for it to be eligible.
Affiliate program terms
Eligibility
Anyone aged 18 or older can register as an affiliate. You cannot refer yourself, a company you own or control, or a client already in active discussions with Artistic Minds Solutions. The referred client must be a new, genuine introduction.
Referral registration
A referral is only valid when it has been registered and acknowledged by Artistic Minds Solutions before the deal closes. Sending a WhatsApp message alone does not guarantee referral approval. We recommend registering your referral before or immediately after making the introduction.
Closed-and-paid requirement
Commission is earned only when the referred client signs a project agreement and Artistic Minds Solutions receives the client’s payment. No commission is owed for leads that do not convert, deals that do not close, or invoices that remain unpaid.
Commission calculation
Commission is 5% of eligible project revenue actually received by Artistic Minds Solutions. Eligible revenue excludes refunds, taxes, chargebacks, and separately billed third-party expenses such as hosting, domain registration, or premium subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client. For installment payments, commission is calculated proportionally on each eligible payment as it is received.
Refunds and chargebacks
If a client requests a refund, initiates a chargeback, or reverses a payment after commission has been paid, the commission for that transaction is void and may be deducted from future payouts.
Duplicate referrals
If two or more affiliates refer the same client, the first registered and acknowledged referral is eligible. Referrals of clients already in active discussions with Artistic Minds Solutions are not eligible.
Payment confirmation
Commission is confirmed only after the client’s payment has been successfully received and cleared. Payout method and schedule are agreed with our team on a per-affiliate basis. There is no automated payout system and no guaranteed payout timeline.
Prohibited conduct
Affiliates must not spam, mislead potential clients, make false claims about Artistic Minds Solutions services or pricing, use misleading advertising, or engage in deceptive marketing. Violations may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any pending commission.
Artistic Minds Solutions reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Commission is paid only in accordance with the terms published at the time the referred client's payment is received.
