Question 1

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

Most HVAC companies are live within 3 to 5 business days. We handle the full setup, train the AI on your services and pricing, and test everything with real scenarios before going live. You do not need any technical knowledge, we do the heavy lifting.

Question 2

Does the AI sound human?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It uses advanced voice AI that sounds natural and professional. It handles interruptions, accents, and follow up questions gracefully. Most callers never realize they spoke to an AI unless you tell them.

Question 3

Can the AI transfer calls?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. The AI is trained to recognize when a call needs a human: emergencies, complex questions, or VIP customers, and warm transfers to your on call technician or front desk with a full summary of the conversation so far.

Question 4

Can it book appointments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The AI checks your live calendar availability, offers suitable time slots to the caller, and confirms the booking, all synced instantly to Google Calendar, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and other major HVAC tools.

Question 5

Does it work after business hours?

Accepted Answer

The AI answers calls 24/7/365, evenings, weekends, and holidays. After hours emergencies are identified and escalated to your on call technician immediately, while routine calls are booked for the next business day.

Question 6

Can I customize the script?

Accepted Answer

Fully. You define the qualification questions, routing rules, booking logic, and even the AI tone and greeting. The AI adapts to your process, not the other way around. Changes can be made anytime without redeploying.

Question 7

Can it integrate with our CRM?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We integrate with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Google Calendar, HubSpot, and most major CRMs and scheduling tools. Every lead and booking flows straight into your existing workflow, no manual data entry.

Question 8

Do you offer support?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A dedicated team monitors your AI agent and is reachable by email and phone. Most issues are resolved the same business day. You also get a dashboard with full call transcripts, recordings, and analytics.
